The company got its start making chocolates under a license from the University of Notre Dame. Its first three products were the Domer, Rockne and Nuts for ND. SBCC now makes licensed chocolates for Indiana University, Purdue University and the University of Michigan. They also wholesale their high-quality line of chocolates to confectionery stores, gift shops, gourmet food stores, coffee shops and gift basket companies throughout the country.  Factory store shopping, shop for chocolate bargains in the Almost Perfect area.
