I-80/90 Indiana Toll Road: the Northern route

The Indiana Toll Road provides easy access to the northern tier of the region. Traveling from the west, you’ll pass near the shores of Lake Michigan and the Indiana Dunes near Chesterton and Michigan City, The legendary University of Notre Dame in South Bend and the Amish communities in Nappanee, Middlebury and Shipshewana. The drive time between any of these great experiences is less than 1.5 hours. A short drive beyond the toll road and you’ll discover the Village of Winona and enjoy the town of Culver, often referred to as the Cape Code of the Midwest.

U.S. 30: the Southern route
U.S. 30 provides easy access to the southern tier of the region. Traveling from the west you will pass near Valparaiso University and the great dining scene of downtown Valparaiso. Discover the quaint town of Plymouth home to the famous Labor Day weekend Blueberry festival. Enjoy Culver, known for great restaurants, Lake Maixinkuckee and it’s lake side mansions, and the culver military academy. Don’t miss the Village of Winona and the antique town of Pierceton.
